Novum Garden Side Hotel

We were impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel and the beautiful surroundings filled with flowers and trees. The room was spacious and not noisy at all. The service from the personnel was really good - they were always smiling, friendly, and helpful. The food at Novum Garden was tasty and diverse, especially the wines which were great. We also enjoyed the pool area and the ample space provided. we had a very good experience.

the luxurious amenities and top-notch service made for an unforgettable trip. the spa and wellness center, as well as the indoor and outdoor swimming pools and jacuzzi were all exceptional. Access to the beach and the garden area were so convenient and made for a relaxing stay. the live entertainment and bar/lounge area were the perfect way to end our nights.

The one minor issue we encountered was the language barrier with some of the staff, which made communication slightly challenging. Despite this, the service was still amazing and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the hotel facilities were amazing. The location of the hotel was perfect as it was right on the beach, and the breakfast served was delicious. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent too.

During my Easter vacation, I had a great time at a hotel with a beautiful garden filled with lush trees and plants. the food was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. the staff was very friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with anything we needed. the hotel is also conveniently located very close to the beach, allowing us to spend many evenings watching the beautiful sunset.

There were a few things that were not up to par. the hotel could have been cleaner, and some facilities showed their age.

Room was clean and spacious, with convenient amenities. Good location, close to the beach and a shopping center. Food was quite varied and tasty with different options for everyone.

Staff mostly spoke German and Turkish, which made communication difficult and frustrating. Free Wi-Fi was very slow and almost unusable, while paid Wi-Fi was very expensive.

This hotel offers a great location near the beach, with chairs free of charge and a bar, perfect for relaxing in the sun. the staff is incredibly kind and polite, always ready to help. the rooms are big and clean, and the food variety in the breakfast is delicious with many fresh options to choose from.

The hotel could improve on their water slider facilities, which are too small and designed for kids only.
